Terms of Use
These Terms explain the rules that apply when you create an account or use TAKKAD's educational questions, interview simulations, speech tools, certificates, and related services.
Effective: July 27, 20261. Educational Purpose
TAKKAD is an educational practice platform. Its questions, suggested answers, explanations, scores, interview simulations, speech-matching results, and AI-generated feedback are provided for learning and practice only.
TAKKAD does not provide legal, employment, academic, cybersecurity, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
2. No Guarantee of Results
TAKKAD does not guarantee employment, promotion, admission, examination success, certification by another organization, language proficiency, professional competence, or any particular outcome.
Certificates issued by TAKKAD confirm completion of the applicable platform activity. They do not represent a government license, university degree, or third-party professional accreditation unless explicitly stated.
3. Accuracy and Availability
We work to improve the platform, but questions, answers, translations, explanations, scores, and suggested responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Categories, questions, recordings, certificates, payments, email, speech recognition, and AI features may be interrupted, delayed, changed, removed, or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical failure, browser compatibility, internet conditions, third-party restrictions, usage quotas, or events outside TAKKAD's reasonable control.
Users should independently verify important information before relying on it for professional, academic, security, or employment decisions.
4. Speech Recognition and AI Features
Speech recognition may misunderstand accents, pronunciation, background noise, microphone input, names, or technical terms. Reading-match percentages and delivery scores are estimates for practice and are not official language assessments.
AI-generated feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, delayed, or unavailable. It must not be used as the sole basis for an important decision.
5. Accounts and User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration and certificate information.
- Keep your password and account access confidential.
- Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- Use a supported browser, device, microphone, and internet connection.
- Review answers and results rather than treating them as guaranteed facts.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape, copy, overload, or attack the platform.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized content.
6. Free and Paid Access
Free accounts receive the access displayed on the platform. Paid access unlocks the features and content described at the time of purchase for the stated subscription or access period.
A paid plan does not guarantee that every category will always contain a fixed number of questions or that every feature will remain unchanged. TAKKAD may correct, replace, reorganize, suspend, or remove content to improve accuracy, security, performance, or compliance.
Prices, billing periods, included features, cancellation terms, and any applicable refund conditions should be reviewed before payment.
7. Certificates and Name Information
The certificate name is generated from the full name entered by the user. The user is responsible for checking spelling and accuracy before registration and certificate issuance.
Any displayed reissue fee applies only when clearly shown before the user requests the change. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Acceptable Use and Account Suspension
TAKKAD may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment abuse, account sharing, copying or resale of content, harassment, security attacks, automated access, unlawful activity, or a serious violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate and legally required, TAKKAD may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Intellectual Property
TAKKAD's branding, platform design, software, original questions, explanations, databases, and educational materials belong to TAKKAD or its licensors.
Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the platform for learning. Content may not be scraped, republished, resold, mass-copied, or distributed without written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
10. Third-Party Services
TAKKAD may rely on hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, browser speech services, analytics, and AI providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
TAKKAD is not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, quotas, or failures originating from a third-party service, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAKKAD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the platform, educational content, scores, recordings, speech recognition, AI output, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes to These Terms
TAKKAD may update these Terms to reflect platform, legal, security, or operational changes. The effective date will be updated when a new version is published. Material changes may be communicated through the platform or during account access where appropriate.
13. Age and Legal Capacity
Users must be legally able to accept these Terms. A user who is below the age of legal majority in their location should use the platform only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Technical Support contact displayed on the TAKKAD website.
